The tight radius wall that accentuates the front entrance to the home was tough for us. This 3′ radius wall had to be hand constructed from 5′ radius block adapted into a 3′ radius curve and tied together with Fox Blocks HV Clips to be tight and sturdy.

This project had two difficult cantilevered ICF walls: one above the kitchen and another over the entry way. The second story also had high rake walls for vaulted ceilings which can be difficult because sometimes the peaks can be upwards of 18-20′ when pouring the concrete core in the ICF forms.

Owning and operating our business as we were building our new headquarters was difficult. There was also zero lot line clearance between buildings causing us to have to put on pre-painted concrete siding as we constructed the ICF walls.
